Order was not at all what I had requested. Ordered the #1 Pepe, which should be ham, provolone, lettuce, tomato and mayo. I ordered it with cucumbers, and lite lettuce, lite ham, cut in half, with sweet tea.

This is a decent Jimmy John’s location. They are usually not too busy the times we’ve been there. Usually use the drive thru and sometimes place the order online or through the app. Not as freaky fast as some other locations but overall good service.

Food gets left out at room temp and then served to customers, store owner is verbally abusive and manipulative, general manager is rude and acts disgusting towards employees. Recently, the store owner has chased off all but 4 employees. Food, cups, bags and napkins that are dropped on the floor and picked up to be served to customers. Please avoid food poisoning and learn to make your own sandwiches, this place mistreats their employees and over charges you for food that comes out of a dirty restaurant.

I worked here for 5 months and was fired for no reason. They actually refused to give me one when I asked. Then here we are this past week all the employees except for 4 have quit, including the managers. All employees wanted was a living wage and the owner thought that was unreasonable. Would give 0 stars if possible. Sue Mill is the worst business owner I’ve ever worked for!

Food is good and service is kind, but definitely the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever ordered from. After moving to Circleville, I’ve had to get used to waiting 45min- 1 hr for my JJ delivery, when it used to take 20 minutes in every other city I’ve ever lived in.

Make sure to watch the chick making your food. She was at the window taking money/cards with her gloves then turned around and started making sandwiches. When I said something she musta thought it was cute, cause the smirk on her face. Oh and the “manager”, bless his heart, Ima just say I hope that’s not the “Best” they have here.
