Everytime I come to this Jimmy johns my world gets a little brighter. Some how I always end up there when Chris is working and let me tell you that young man is so sweet! He’s patient and gives me suggestions when I’m indecisive. He’s funny and know how to keep a customer / worker conversation not be awkward. Whoever raised this young man need a pay on the back. These days fast food workers can be so rude (I’ve had an experience with the other Jimmy John workers) but not Chris. He’s positive and seems to love what he’s doing. Jimmy johns, you have a good one. Thank you Chris for always making my experience a good time.

Freaky fast service is a lie! I waited for a to go order for over 25 minutes. Every employee was working on an online order and forgetting their in store customers.I waited a shorter time at Jersey Mike’s on opening day where the line was out the door then I did here.

Literally one of the least professional experiences ever. I ordered through DoorDash. They didn’t have delivery drivers because they never have drivers. They cancel the order but processed the payment. It has been over a month and after 3 managers giving me incorrect information the GM Logan told me I was a liar and hung up on me. They may be freaky fast but they’re also freaking useless. They need to update their terms with DoorDash because when you click help on the app it says you have to contact the store because they handle their deliveries. I’ve wasted so much of my time over $40 which is so stupid. Trash.

Horrible service!!! I called in an order to be delivered over my lunch break. I had to call to check on the order 45 minutes later since it had still not been delivered! I was told by the manager on duty that my order was about to go out for delivery. Fast forward to an hour and a half later, still no delivery. I called for a second time and was told my delivery was about to go out, however there were 5 deliveries going out at the same time. The manger on duty did not offer any type of credit and I had to ask for one myself. After asking for a credit to my order, all she offered was $5 off!!! I will NEVER again eat Jimmy John’s.

Horrible. Order a giant to get a cup of mayo and literally 4 slices of meat on one of the sandwiches and when we went to split the other sandwich that was made with all of the ingredients on it, the bread had to have been made with a ton of salt. Disgusting. Tossed both in the trash. Not sure if they think it’s funny doing this type of stuff, it’s not. We’ll never be back to this location since this isn’t our first terrible experience.

The cashier looked lost , and the guy that was making the sandwich looked annoyed, Cuban sandwich was horrible sandwich me and my co worker will never eat here again , they didn’t let us use our coupon,because the guy didn’t know how to use it I asked for extra mayo didn’t get it . The guy at register snatched my money out my hand. Then threw my change on the counter. I ask was there something wrong he said no and walk off came back to wrap my food and didn’t wrap the wrap they are folded.
