I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s 3 times recently and they ALWAYS get my order wrong. The person taking my order simply does not listen. They ring everything up wrong and it ends up being so much more expensive than it should. Highly do NOT recommend.

I placed an order about 10:40 am. I was told the sliced wheat bread was baking it would be about a half hour. I waited an hour and 45 min for food. I normally get the food within a half hour. I was trying to treat my team for a good job. So disappointing we chose the wrong place for lunch. My guys start going to lunch at 10 am. We did not get food till 1235. Apparently they had so many orders to deliver, if I would if been told about the deliveries, I would have Arranged to pick up the food. The orders were not correct either. Never again.

Gave a $4 tip but my sandwich didn’t come. Left directions to follow to my building I’m working in and to call/text when they got here, never got a call and had to call the store twice to check. Oddly enough icalled the second time and without hesitation the guy knew which order I needed to cancel without me giving any details. I used to absolutely love Jimmy John’s and how fast they were.

Got food through the drive through around 8:30pm, got home and when my son opened his sandwich he found a bug that looked like a baby roach. We called the store to bring the sandwiches back and get a refund but were told we would have to wait because there was no manager and it was close to closing time. They took down our name and said to call back the next day a to speak to the manager. When we called the next day they had no record of our name or that we had an issue the night before was told by the manager that was there after saying he contacted the general manager that I could not just get a cash refund with the purchase being a previous day I would have to contact my bank to get my money refunded which makes absolutely zero sense I’ve never heard of doing this in my life. I said my bank cannot just refund money that has already been paid to another company. He told me to give him a moment while he contacted his general manager again and ever got back on the line was on the line for at least 30 minutes and eventually they hung up their phone. We had went to an event that ended late so just wanted to get a quick meal for our family and instead had to still provide another meal after already spending $45 for the meal that we were to disgusted to eat. I think that is more than enough reason to deserve a refund and the purchase amount wasn’t light considering the food got wasted. I have never heard of a place just flat out not being able to provide a refund. The customer service was terrible in this experience and it’s a shame because we were regular customers and really liked Jimmy John’s.

First time trying this today…Extremely disappointed & will not be back. Terrible service & less than average food. Way over-priced for sandwiches my 10 yr old could make better than this. The bread was so hard I couldn’t even take a bite without the whole thing coming apart, eventually I just removed it & rolled up my turkey. Asked if they could warm or toast the sandwich, they said they have no way of heating up anything but the bacon IS cooked…How – I’m still wondering?!?! I’ve never heard of any restaurant not having ANY way of heating food. When the girl opened the the window to take my money she just stood there staring at me; good thing the person over the speaker gave me the total or we would’ve been sitting there all day. Finally I said “Hi, how are you today?” after handing over my money, she weirdly muttered “fine” as she walked away. I should be used to poor customer service by now but it still bothers me. I’ll stick with Subway from now on
