This is absolutely my favorite restaurant! the service here is so fast and the delivery is just as fast! I’ve never had a bad experience at any Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to, but this one specifically is special! If you’re ever in the Highland heights area in Kentucky, definitely stopped here and get a bite to eat!

Service here is hit or miss. Wait to tip until you get your food. Sometimes we get our food within 20 minutes, but sometimes it can take over an hour, even on a weekday. Recently they have started calling if it’s going to be a long wait, but I have had to call when I hadn’t seen the food within an hour. Also, accuracy has been off a few times, and that’s tough to deal with when you are trying to feed kids. They have made it up to us when it was wrong, but it still isn’t very fun for whoever has to wait for their food.

They got my order wrong, I called them and was told they’d send the correct order. Waited an hour, missed my lunch, nothing ever came and I never got a phone call. We called back and an extremely rude man said they don’t remake things and they’re not going to do anything about it. So I wasted my money, my time, got no refund, and didn’t eat the food. I will never order from them again solely due to how rude the “manager” was.

I just ordered from the Highland Heights location tonight and I will definitely be ordering again. First of all the Girl that was working the phone was sweet and very helpful. And the driver who delivered my food was kind and all smiles. It felt like I had just hung up the phone with Amanda and my food was out front. Ontop of all of the great service my food was perfect and everything was just great down to the small details. Im so tired of pizza so this is my new FAVORITE go to for my family and I .Thanks again Amanda and Nick you guys were fantastic.

I freaking LOVE Jimmy John’s! The employees have gotten to know me somewhat but, for whatever reason, they NEVER cut my sandwich and I specify this every time I order. What’s the point of having this as an option if it is never done? Gets really annoying.

I introduced my husband to Jimmy John’s at this location earlier this week; and he loved it! The food was fresh and filling. We had a sweet, young lady named Antionette, take our order. She offered excellent customer service and made the experience great! We returned again today, and we happened to have the same young lady taking our order. We came in about 20 minutes before closing, and even still she provided the same excellent customer service! Our food again was filling and fresh, and we are very satisfied! We will be recommending this location and of course Jimmy John’s, to friends, family, and folks!
