I’m so confused and all over the place leaving this review. If it was for the initial phone call with the young woman that took my order, she was so kind and helpful. They accidentally took the wrong apartment number but fixed it with a quick phone call. Food was kind of slow but it was lunch time so I get it. Still 5 stars. Driver was so nice and had a big smile on his face. I have a one year old and I was trying to fend her off from getting out of the door and accidentally gave the driver an extra $20. If it wasn’t the only money I had, I wouldn’t have even called but I had to. The woman, an assistant manager was helpful enough to give me my $20 back the next day. 10 stars if I could. The confusing part? Later that day, I call because I don’t have a car and tell them I’d like to just order more food and pay the difference and tip once they got here. I used to work at Jimmy Johns in Louisville and it was a fun experience and very positive. This guy- was the most rude “manager” I have ever experienced. I of course made sure to be cordial on the phone and honestly figured they rather have more business, right? Wrong. I wish I got his name. I’m legitimately concerned about someone possibly spitting in my food. It was as if he thought I was lying about accidentally giving the driver an extra $20? I feel bad enough about it in the first place. I was a driver there myself. It was just the last of my money. This is embarrassing and humiliating honestly.

Product quality was good. Drive thru didn’t feel freaky fast, only saw one other car. Got left on hold for about 45-60 seconds at the menu, and the crew was not moving with a quickness during my 45 seconds at the window. Parking lot was packed with delivery drivers, dine in unavailable.

I just left there, and will not be back to this location. The employees were IGNORING the drive thru. And, apparently ignoring everyone except for their two buddies that were in the store, and ALL the employees were engaged with them NOT THEIR JOBS.

Drive Thur was ridiculously slow. Been in line for 30 minutes now. There was only 3 cars infront of me…it’s a sandwich it’s not that hard.

Gm is very nice but twice in one week my orders were wrong. I asked for a club lulu…includes turkey bacon provolone onion tomato and mayo. I got turkey provolone guacamole sauce and tomato.

Ordered 2 sandwiches. My bread had this big hole in it and the lettuce just fell through, called the store and complained the guy in the store said he was actually the one who made the sandwich. Ummm ? Why would you send that quality of bread to a customer? The bill was $30.00 and he credits me $3.00. Definitely disappointed.

Staff was very rude to me, especially one of the employees, and stood behind the line cursing and complaining like I wasn’t even standing there. I would not recommend this location. Very disappointing.

Freaky bad! Placed a catering order online for son’s birthday. Received a frantic call that we had to cancel because they were out of bread. In the process of trying to figure it out the manager hung up on me 4 times, cussed me out, and threatened to call the cops. I was not being combative but even if I was, his behavior was unacceptable. I am not sure what is going on in this poor man’s life but you might want to give him a vacation day and send him to customer service training. Already contacted corporate but complaints go directly to the owner/manager of the store. Don’t waste your time at the Redding Road location.

This Jimmy Johns was great when it opened, unfortunately their current staff is extremely unprofessional, just hanging out, goofing around messing up simple orders. I sat in the drive through for like 6 minutes watching the workers acting like children. Last time ever going to this location. They kinda made me feel like I was interrupting their flirt session. I’d be embarrassed if I was the manager.

Waited nearly an hour for food that never came. Employees told me to check my camera as if I were lying about not receiving food. Told them on the phone that I had an Amazon package on the front porch, no food. Employee on phone asked driver about Amazon package. Driver tried to say they delivered at the same time as Amazon, which was an outright lie. Amazon delivered 1.5 hours before the order was placed as is evidenced by the video captured by my Ring camera with time stamp. Would give zero stars if I could.
