I had order the #5 and had it delivered to my job. When it arrived it had mayo all over it, which I did not ask for & the menu clearly stated it did not come with mayo. They gave me a credit for my order because they wouldn’t bring me a new one. So a couple days later I called and ordered the same thing for delivery, once again when they brought it it was covered in mayo. When I called back, the person that answered the phone got the biggest attitude and told me “Next time you need to say no mayo” then he hung up the phone on me. I dont understand why I would need to say no mayo when even the menu board for the drive thru says “Does not come with mayo”. The way they handle their mess up, was completely unacceptable and very rude. This is the only location that I’ve had this problem at and honestly will never go to this location again. The workers there need to be trained on how to make the sandwiches right and also how to treat customers.

How to advertise without advertising. I happened to be on foot today looking for lunch. The pizza place next door was open and empty. The JJ’s had a line of cars across the lot and three at the counter. Easy choice. I had a Jalepeño summer wrap and it was huge and delicious.

This location continues to be my go-to. Best service. Best sandwich and amazing pickles. I mainly order for delivery. My whole job does! Crispy and cold drinks. They’re my lifesaver on an exceptionally busy day at work. Fast, accurate and reliable.

Love Jimmy John’s sandwiches! Only an okay franchise. Bread was a bit overcooked as the bottom was hard. I always tell them “no cheese” but they never listen. At least I wasn’t charged for it!!

Placed an order for delivery at 6:32 and it said it was out for delivery at 6:50. Took 40 minutes or so to get to me on Palumbo Dr which is less than a mile away, and when it got here half my order was missing. Definitely the worst experience ive had at this location.

I love that they do lettuce wraps. It’s something about that fresh crunch that I LOVE! They are always fresh and put more meat in their sandwiches than subway. Although I have noticed they are cutting back. Likely because the cost everything has risen so terribly.

I think the elites who control the definitions of terminology need to revisit the meaning of “freaky fast”. I have been ordering almost weekly from JJs and cannot recall a delivery time that would even be a stretch for “freaky fast”. Honestly it’s just disappointing when you see such an established food company who prides themselves on their “fast” delivery, when they can’t even get an order out the door in less than an hour..I finally had enough of their sluggishness and will no longer be a customer anywhere, unless I have a plethora of time to wait around in the dark for an update on where the food I paid for is. Laughably slow service will never be justified by sub-par food either. Don’t eat here.
