I haven’t ordered from Jimmy John’s for 6 years ever since one of their drivers totaled my car (he was on the clock too) but I thought I would give them a chance since the new caprese salami sandwich sounded really good. I ordered it as an unwich because I can’t have bread. I also ordered extra balsamic and extra onions, in addition to light oil and light mayo. What did I get? No mozzarella, no balsamic, barely 3 slices of tomato, no oil, no basil/oregano, some mayo, some salami, and a small amount of onions. Suffice it to say, I was very disappointed. It just wasn’t good because it was missing most of the ingredients. On the flip side, I ordered a sandwich for my husband with one add-on and light mayo. His was correct! Why was mine so messed up? Honestly, this experience was so bad that I don’t think I’ll order again for 6 more years. Do better, Jimmy John’s.

Ordered some food for me and 2 other co workers cause the rest of our staff is off. They forgot the chips and drinks the first time, so I sent someone back a second to get those. Took a bite of my sandwich it had MAYBE one slice of meat on it the rest was mayonnaise and mustard. Went back a THIRD time and the woman who handed me my sandwich tried to hand me someone else’s order at first, then was rude hanging me my actual sandwich. Which by the way they got wrong again so I have to send someone a 4th time to get the refund because they still won’t make it correctly.

By far the worst jimmy johns ever!!! The management is a joke. They can’t make one sandwich correctly to save their life. I called the store yesterday because they messed my order up a bunch. The manager said that they are busy and they will credit me back. So I call the next day to get my same exact order. They messed it up again. Instead of a coke I got a warm unsweetened tea. This is about the 5th time I’ve ordered from them in the two years I’ve lived in Lexington. They have messed up my order EVERY SINGLE TIME! This store is an absolute joke and disgrace to jimmy johns. I will never order from a jimmy johns in Lexington again. I’m going to firehouse subs. At least they care about a good product. Shame on the one on Nicholasville rd and Waller Ave. worst I’ve ever seen.

This place takes the cake for worst jimmy johns, wait over half n hour for a delivery thats literally less than 5mins away, then the sandwich is completely wrong and the replacement takes an hour, you gotta be kidding me, lesson learned, NEVER ORDER JIMMY JOHNS

Every time we order the delivery drivers are either really aggressive and complain about tips and the delivery driver labeled our order as delivered and it was not there. The woman on the phone was extremely true rude and said they went back to the store to get another order and then hung the phone up. This is the third time in a row we have had a horrible experience ordering food from jimmy johns. A place my family enjoys eating from but it is becoming increasingly more stressful to just order food from here

i will preface this by saying: i love jimmy johns and i order lunch for work here often. employees are typically kind of rude (one guy is always nice to me, miss u) but i don’t really care because i work customer service and i understand it isn’t a fun experience. but this experience hurt my feelings! i placed my order at 4 to be delivered at 5. around 4:40 i was told my order was on the way. i called the store at 5:15 because i get a limited lunch break and i felt like i planned accordingly, the woman who answered was super rude as soon as she picked up the phone and made me feel dumb for calling, like how dare i expect the store to know what’s going on with an order. once my order arrived, 18 mins after i expected it, the guy was also immediately mean to me! it took me about 2 minutes to walk from the store i work at to the front of the mall, and without even saying hi he tells me that i should really change the details of my order to specify which store i work at because i shouldn’t be leaving him waiting. if his tone wasn’t so harsh i wouldn’t have felt offended, but it felt like he was really bothered by the 2 minutes i kept him it when i felt like not making the delivery driver find my store would be much easier for everyone involved. the mall was super crowded too. also if i hadn’t been waiting for so long i would’ve understood more. i’ve had drivers just sit in their car and wait for me and that’s totally cool! maybe wear a jacket if it’s cold and you plan out getting out! overall a stressful experience that made me feel guilty for expecting a service i paid for.

Definitely do not recommend this location. The tall cashier, “Robert”, was anything but nice. My friends and I chose to dine in and were greeted with an angry stare, as if we were not welcome there. I’m not sure if he was getting off soon, or if he just needs an attitude adjustment. He was not the only coworker who made this experience one to remember in a negative way, the lady making the sandwiches slammed the food down when she served it as if she did not know the sandwiches are fragile. Overall poor experience and I never will be eating here again. The tall gentleman shook his head the entire time when he took our orders as well as when we left.
