Hit or miss here. Literally this was my sandwich…. I’m missing at least 2-3 ingredients and they must have had only a teaspoon of avocado spread left. Friendly delivery drivers. But this is crazy. Will finish making my sandwhich at home I suppose.

Two times now went in to redeem my free reward sandwich and it was gone. Told me it expires. It was between 2 and 3 weeks since earning and trying to redeem. Jimmy John’s is out of my way to go to. I think an earned reward should not expire. So I will be taking my business elsewhere and will be deleting the app which is only working for the company’s interest not mine

I’ve been eating at this establishment since it opened and I’ve never seen anyone more rude in such a high position as the general manager was to me. Her attitude so beyond rude and disrespectful. Second of all, my husband found a hair in his sandwich.

We sat in line waiting for the person on the speaker to reply. They kept saying they couldn’t hear us (I understand there can be tech issues) but he was so rude and curt. When we got to the window and noticed we never got the drinks, he said “well I read it back to you, you didn’t say anything about a drink” with a sarcastic tone and negative body language. The person “serving” us was Zack. I hope the rest of your staff isn’t that rude.

I get your first name something seems to have changed with some bread prices have been raised but there’s nothing like that online menu also sprouts used to be on there and now they’re not but it is online normally my experience with Jimmy John’s is excellent I love them but today’s experience not so much

Always happy with my sandwiches here and the speed and service. I usually get the Mediterranean because it’s just plain good. This last visit I had it on the Flatbread to save on calories and it was delicious. The bottled drinks are kind of expensive but hey… overall, a good, clean Jimmy John’s.

Quite possibly the rudest customer service person I have dealt with. We ordered a large group of sandwiches and two of the orders were wrong maybe due to ordering through the app, but regardless the order was still wrong. Went into the store to ask for them to be remade and explained the situation. After handing the sandwiches back over the counter to be “inspected” and fingered through the lady told us we ordered wrong and she would not remake them. Ultimately we had to order two new sandwiches and didn’t get the others ones. This lady then rudely looked at her coworker telling him he needed to “deal with us”. So in the end we paid for 8 sandwiches and only got 6.
