The staff is nice. The food is good, but 2 of the last three times I’ve visited, they were out of bread, and it would take over 1/2 hour before more was available. I’m not sure how a sandwich shop can’t manage their bread supply.

Arrived at 11:55 and waited till 12:05 to order a crowd arrived behind me and the person who took my order began mumbling about everyone arriving at the same time and griping about a crowd. He identified himself as the manager and I asked him if I should go elsewhere. I do not know who owns this store but I am quite sure they want the business and need it but this guy is griping about being busy. Not sure I will be back and if he needs help the owner needs to step up. Very bad experience

Unfortunately, when I went to pick up my order the manager, Natasha, told me I wasn’t allowed to have my service dog in her restaurant. She was quite rude but the cool guy that was working with her just kept on making my sandwich and I paid and left. It’s overwhelming how ignorant people can be these days.

If you cannot staff with more than one employee then don’t open. It is Sunday. I ordered 38 minutes ago on the app because I don’t have much time and wanted the order available when I arrived. At this point I don’t know when my order preparation will start. There is one employee trying their best however she must stop and take orders, then prepare food. This store should not be open for business with this level of staffing.
