I go to this jimmy johns a few times during the month as my daughter has practice late during the evenings. Today has been one of the worst experiences ever. My bread was falling apart I called the store I got the worst person ever. They said they ran out of bread and had to use hot bread and it was falling apart. This person was so rude. I asked for his manager he said he didn’t know and would not give me his name either said I was worrying too much about a sandwich just to eat it that way and hung up on me. I jut spent $60 for all sandwich’s to fall apart. I will be calling to ask for his manager but I doubt I’ll get anywhere with someone like that.

Ordered 20 mins ahead. Arrived to find no one had looked at the online orders. Was really convenient with my screaming child. The point of ordering ahead was to eliminate such delays and instead it would have been faster to order on site.

I asked them not to ring my doorbell so that my daughter could nap and they didn’t ring the doorbell and then the sandwich was perfect. Lettuce to condiment ratio was absolutely hot fire. Just a great experience.
