Their bread is hard and the bread selection is not good. I was not impressed and don’t think l’ll be going back. Two turkey sandwiches only were 30 bucks. My husband was in the hospital and this is what we had for dinner because he wanted outside food.

The customer service could have been better. The gentlemen preparing the food were nice however the lady that took my order was bland. Almost as if she didn’t want to be there and the other lady sat in the booth with the same bland look and attitude on her face as well. Besides that, the food was good.

Ordered thru the app, confirmed they got my order a little after 8pm. Around the corner from the store, it usually takes 20 mins to get my food, its been over an hour and the store is closed. Still no food. No option to get a refund through the app. All in all a negative experience. Probably won’t order again. App needs a rate order option or someway to get a refund. Would give below a one star if I could.

This was my first experience with Jimmy Johns but needless to say it wasn’t a good one. My turkey sandwich literally had one piece of folded turkey meat with a ton of lettuce. Once I removed the extra lettuce, I wasn’t left with much but bread. I’m not sure I will make the visit again.
