I came in around 2:20 ish on 7/16/23 and ordered the chicken caesar wrap. Tried to pay with my card, but the machine wasn’t accepting it. I didn’t catch the woman’s name that was taking my order, but she was super helpful and offered to grab the manger to sort the issue out. Told her no biggie and I’ll pay in cash instead. Wasn’t trying to though since I wanted to leave a cash tip. Either way things went well and I wanna salute the team for their hard work (Found out the issue regarding my card. Long story short, I made a large purchase before coming in and I have a protection plan with the bank I’m with whom intervenes on any big purchase I make till I verify that I indeed made the transaction. Sounds crazy, but it happens with any protection plan to keep us safe )

The lady taking my order in drive thru was very rude, kept interrupting me while I was ordering with “is that all” and then my grilled fish was burned so bad it was not edible. Rice was way under cooked Horrible customer service and food too.

Showed up at 8:48 (they close at 9) . No one in drive thru and door locked. This is not the first time this has happened. When they are actually open there is nothing “Freaky Fast” about them. Bad service and over priced.

The Little John is a nice Sub, on a French bread loaf, just a bit over 6 inches. Several different types to choose from, with a list of other things you can Customize to make it your Way. Jimmy John’s uses all natural sliced meats on make their subs. T-Mobile Tuesdays has a deal this week for a free little John sub too!!
