This location used to be amazing but has made some seriously poor hiring decisions lately. Food waste everywhere, employees with bad attitudes. Started slamming things and cussing me when I asked her to not rip the entire inside of the bun out. Took 25 mins to get my order and it wasn’t busy. Been eating at Jimmy John’s since 2011 but won’t be going back to this location.

Nice friendly people but my price is higher than what the menu board says I should be paying with taxes as if they are ringing up differently than the way to have it come out the prices on the menu.When asked they can’t give the answer , can’t tell me tax and never give me the receipt.Food is fresh and good. They just try to get you to add cheese,upsize the drink to make your order more and even when you don’t they will add cheese and charge when you said no and make the order more.

My initial order was sent to the wrong address. When I called to find out what could be done, the young lady who answered the phone named Caroline was extremely helpful. We figured out what had gone wrong with the address in the system and she had me a fresh order sent to my correct address asap. She was extremely helpful and extremely nice. She turned a bad situation into a satisfying one and I am very grateful.
