not trying to be a hater but i do think it’s a tiny bit manipulative to ask a drive thru customer who spent $6 “would you like to tip us today ” right after taking their card. this wasn’t a sit down service, it’s not a curbside delivery, i’m almost in the kitchen. i would love to change the restaurant industry and have every person paid a fair wage, but i don’t think it’s fair to directly ask for tips and somewhat guilt customers into providing wages that the restaurant should be paying them in the first place

You walk in, order your food at the counter, tap your card and BOOM it prompts you for a 15%, 18% or 20% tip. It doesn’t give you the option to skip or say no, you have to click other and manually type a amount. Won’t be back.

The quality of food is poor. Ordered two sandwiches, one for my 3 year old and it was not edible. Bread was rock solid and “veggies” were rotten and scarce. Two small rotten tomatoes and brown lettuce. The location on 280 is more concerned with quality ingredients, visit that one!
