As frequent customers, we stopped for dinner. The girl at the counter acted like we were an inconvenience. When we 1st went in, no one was behind the counter. A smile, a hello, or any acknowledgment would have been nice. There are many choices in the area, and we will be taking a break from here for a while. Oh, by the way, the sandwiches were great as usual.

Good sandwiches and toppings. Another place where you may get great service or not so great. I usually place my order online and drive 10 min to get it. I understand if they are busy for it not to be ready, but when I pull up and all they are doing is talking to friends till I walk in and say I’m here for a pick-up please don’t tell me oh it just came in

I had a terrible experience today here . I had never eaten at jimmy John’s before and I only stopped there because I was starving . I ordered a Thai chicken wrap and they charged me an arm and a leg for it at $10.. I asked for water and they handed me a cup and pointed to the drink machine . I found the water spigot and pressed it in holding my cup underneath but lemonade came out instead of water . Then one of the workers in a rude accusatory manner said to me “ you’re pouring lemonade and not water and so you’re going to have to pay .” I was shocked because I’ve never been stopped by the “ lemonade police “ before ! I put my cup on the counter telling her I didn’t want any of it and took my seat to eat my sandwich. I told them I would never make the mistake of setting foot into a jimmy John’s ever again ., The sandwich was ordinary and not worth $10 and the lemonade police treated me so rudely I simply couldn’t believe it. Next time I’ll eat my lunch at Wendy’s . Their drink machine is not policed because one time I tried to get water but lemonade came out and no one said anything to me about it., I also told them at jimmy John’s that they need to get their machine fixed so the water will come out when you push the spigot in instead of lemonade.

Terrible Terrible Terrible: Shame on you Jimmy John’s! First I’d like to say the customer service at this location is awful. It seems no training, supervision, or guidance is given to employees. They are generally rude and most times can’t be bothered with a simple task like taking your order. Secondly: the food is comparatively pricy which is usually justified in that Jimmy John’s typically provides a superior sandwich. Nope not this location. Not once has my order been correct or as requested. I’ve tried several times to give it a chance and they can’t seem to get it straight. Thirdly: I am let down as it seems there is no quality control as management is seemingly never present. On this day I purchased my son a Turkey sandwich. The sandwich I received was not even a slice of Turkey on a minuscule bread roll. $8.00 gets you not enough to feed a child at Jimmy John’s! I attached two photos to this review.

I ordered a spicy Italian, a bag of chips and a drink for about $13.50. The menus says double salami and dbl capacola. So I ordered extra capacola. I so disappointed on how misleading the menus and staff are. I won’t be going back!

My 3rd time visiting was on Monday 5/1/23 with my wife for lunch. Giant Tuna was SUPERB!!, service was phenomenal and place was very clean and pleasant. Love this place!!

This was my first time going to Jimmy John’s and believe me it will be my last I ordered a hero or a sub what I got was pita bread That’s how flat the sub was and I asked for vinegar and oil and it had no taste whatsoever and the top it off I still don’t understand how I paid over $13 for this well I learned my lesson Don’t waste the money on Jimmy John’s I took a picture but I don’t know how to attach it

Every time I order from this location, the food is fantastic. Zach is probably one of the nicest guys out there. He always thanks me for my business and welcomes me back. I really enjoy the experience here. I’m not sure about the reviews from before, but I’ve never had a bad experience here and I plan on returning.
