I don’t think I have ever had a sandwich made here that was exactly what I ordered. They even once delivered a sandwich that was a sub roll with a piece of cheese on it to my house – clearly a mistaken order, which they admitted to, but didn’t call and sent it anyways. Wish there was another one closer to my home and I wouldn’t use this one. Normally love jimmy johns!

Ordered a scheduled delivery for noon. One sandwich and chips and a drink. Very simple order. The delivery was about 45 minutes late and on top of that the order was completely wrong. I called the store and the manager told me they would refund my order and bring me the correct sandwich. Another 30 minutes go by and I still don’t have my food. I called again and this time a different store manager answered and had no idea about my order. I did end up finally getting the correct sandwich two hours later! But what a horrible experience for it being my first time eating from Jimmy John’s. I will never order from this place again but I think the staff wants to turn customers away. So good job staff! You got your wish! I will never be back!

This is a solid Jimmy John’s. I’ve never gotten delivery but I order online about once a week and pick it up. My order is always ready when I get there and has never been wrong. The staff always welcomes me in and has a smile on their face and the establishment is quite clean. The store stays quite busy during the day, regardless of the restaurants all around it, but they seem to move the line quickly. If you are picking up an order I highly recommend the online ordering. It let’s you order exactly what you want and you get to skip the line once you get there.

Garbage Pale
Redhead lady at the counter is real fast to crack jokes but really bad at getting orders right. Been going to this location for years. Even worked near by and ordered on the daily. But after this experience of receiving our orders completely wrong and your staff making our experience very awkward with their jokes we will never come back to this location. In fact Jersey Mike’s across the street from us maybe a better place for us to spend our money.

Being from up North, I have been waiting for Jimmy Johns to get down south down here. I have never been so impressed with the service. I would say I order delivery at least once a week. They are always so polite and prompt with delivery. Today was a different story altogether though. I made an order for my girlfriend and I. Either I ordered wrong or they got the order wrong, however, no only did they re-deliver the correct sub for free, but they also gave us a free cookie as well. I haven’t been this impressed with customer service in a long time. They have definitely made a lifelong customer out of me (that’s if I wasn’t one already)!

We order here quite a bit because of convience. Any time it’s a delivery the order is never correct. Today for instance I got a sandwich sandwich with onions and tomatoes added they sent it with cucumbers only. My other sandwich was supposed to have mayo mustard and sprouts added it had lettuce only. Go pick it up so you can make sure it’s made correctly.
