The sandwiches were delicious, price was reasonable and the service was friendly and accommodating. We were there at noon which meant seating was a bit difficult but it also indicated how the locals enjoy it. You won’t be disappointed.

Ordered a slim 6 (plain cheese 8” sub) for our daughter and they put avocado on it. Called the store after we noticed and the employee told me a slim 6 is a veggie sub with avocado. There are two areas for improvement here: (1) corporate could clean up their menu as there are (3) #6 subs. The original #6 Veggie, the little John #6 (a smaller version of the original #6, and the slim 6 (plain cheese). This would make it easier on the staff taking and creating orders and/or (2) improved training for staff on the differences between the three #6 subs. The store credited me for the cost of the sub, thank you for that, however this was after the staff explained to me the #6 comes with avocado. Again if I worked here I might also get confused on the array of #6 subs. I appreciate the food and will be back and will check each sub before leaving next time.

I would avoid this Jimmy John’s… Ordered 2 beach clubs and had no avocado spread on one, and barely any on the second one. Called the store and was told it’s between the cheese. It wasn’t. They did nothing, and basically said I was wrong. First time ever having a bad experience at Jimmy John’s.

Never eat there again I ordered a full 12 inch tuna sub combo and when driving home I noticed there was more lettuce than tuna and I spent $13 dollars on this meal and was still hungry like I never had one

Placed an online delivery order, they didn’t have a driver. Inconvenient and im not sure why youd allow delivery orders to be placed but OK, I said I’d come get it, they gave me a credit in the system for the delivery fee and driver tip. I get there and their doors are locked, drive thru only. The lady in the drive thru debated what cookies she wanted for 5 mins before I had to leave because I was running late. Called back to ask them to refund my order, and the person working was apologetic and nice, but didn’t confirm that they actually cancelled and then told me that because they put a credit for the tip and driver fee that my next sandwich would be free…. um, no, I paid for it this time, so it’s not free, it’s just prepaid.

I ordered the number nine giant Italian to which their board specifically states that there is oil and vinegar in the sandwich. When I receive the sandwich it was full of mayonnaise and when I want to go and confront the employee about this he said that we can’t return your purchase that these all these sandwiches have mayonnaise in there. I will not be revisiting this store again. Their Sandwich Board specifically States oil and vinegar to which the employee pointed out that these sandwiches are all made with mayonnaise which is a misrepresentation of what is put on their board

I guess the knives are not sharp enough to cut the sub in half , especially when you specifically ask 3 times while ordering to PLEASE cut them in half – the food is great , but just asking if you can get it cut in half – I guess that’s a challenge to get done .

Visiting Jimmy John’s it’s a good experience go through the drive-thru order a sub and it’s ready within a minute they do exactly what you want ask if they cut it in half they will do it very good people very good staff affordable pricing good quality food
