We stopped by this Jimmy Johns on our way home from St.Pete. Online it says they are open until 8pm. We pulled up at 740pm hoping to grab a sandwich. The doors were locked, two workers were inside. We stood at the door for a min hoping to get their attention to let us in, they didn’t even acknowledge us. Wanted to post this to let management know that they are closing early.

This is a typical Jimmy John’s in terms of menu selection but this store is hit or miss when it comes to customer service and oftentimes takes a long time to make your sandwiches. I have become accustomed to most Jimmy John’s where all of their subs are freaky fast. This place is the exception because it can take up to 10 minutes to make a sub sometimes. I am not sure if they’re just understaffed due to a pandemic or if people there just really hate their jobs.

Only giving two starts for the fast service, but I will NEVER patronize this location again. I stopped by to place a pick-up order, wearing a mask. Upon entrance, rap music was playing loudly enough that I could understand every word. I don’t mind as I listen to rap, but seems a little much for general customers. I was extremely disappointed by my entire experience. One employee was not wearing a mask around people’s food. During these times that’s inexcusable, especially with the county mandate. Nobody could be bothered to even acknowledge me, let alone take my order, except one employee who was behind the counter, looking down on his cell phone. The other two employees were cold, made my food without asking what I even wanted on my sandwich, and were generally rude in their demeanor and communication. I couldn’t hear the cashier taking my order, who seemed like he could barely be bothered to assist me. Unfortunate, especially during these times when businesses are struggling, but I’ll definitely go out of my way to another location moving forward.

I ordered a #5. I was not even greeted by the employee. She was talking bad to another employee about the manager or owner. Then I sat down and waited patiently for about 10 minutes. No one made my sandwich. There was no one to be found. An employee finally came around the corner after I yelled hello. Then she tried to charge me for a sandwich I had already paid for. It took a total of 19 minutes for me to get the sandwich….. subs so slow you will die should be the slogan. I will not be returning.
