always out of bread past 12am… don’t stay open until 3am if your staff is not willing to serve customers until that time or close to it at least. out of “bread and lettuce” at 12:33. there’s a pizza place right next door that will keep serving so you’re going to lose all your business to them. why pay your employees if they wont do anything.

I ordered on DoorDash waited over an hour. I had a break at work and called the store to ask them to cancel it on doordash as I had time to go up there and get it. The guy on the phone said ok and hung up the phone. Once I arrived there he had such a rude attitude and told me the driver is already on the way to your location. So I was just going to go back to my job to get it… we’ll he told the driver to come back without dropping the food off. I asked him three times to cancel the doordash and I was there to get the food and he never did. I had to contact doordash to get the refund back into my card. So since I was there I ordered my food again and he didn’t make the food correctly. He had an attitude the whole time. It was simply a miscommunication and could have been handled a lot better. I will not come back to this location. Also the staff should consider a different sandwich maker.

It looks like the same story I’m reading from others. Ordered at 1:30, not even peak lunch, and received my order 50 mins later. I called with zero attitude at 30 mins just because it was weird that I only got an email that’s says it was received but no more progress. The person seemed completely out of it. I’m pretty sure if I hadn’t called it would have been forgotten because after that I started getting alerts and it arrived 20 minutes later. I’m literally down the street. This location and staff are not up to par with other locations.

VERY upset with the service I received today. I placed my order at 11:15 AM hoping to have it in time for my lunch break at 12:00. I called for an update at a little before 12:00 and was told my driver is about 5 minutes out. I called again at 12:30 and am now being told that the driver is delivering mine and several other deliveries. I understand being shorthanded, but you should really communicate with your customers honestly rather than just telling them what you think they want to hear.

Haven’t order Jimmy John’s in a while and forgot how amazing it was! Our Beach Club sandwich (break hollowed out) and my Beach Club Unwich were so crisp, cold and amazing! Delivery was “Freaky Fast” too! They will be delivering here often. Thank you for a great lunch!
