I am 7 mins away, work from home so ordered a sub. 45 mins later and the driver has no idea where he is, with no a drop of English in his vocabulary to help him out with directions. 2023 and people still don’t know how to use a GPS system on the phone? Incredible.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Jimmy John’s in Sunrise. Despite Google Maps indicating that the restaurant was open, I arrived to find it closed during what should have been normal business hours. This isn’t an isolated incident either, as numerous reviews indicate that this has been an ongoing problem for years. To make matters worse, the employee on duty simply looked at me without saying a word and went back to whatever he was doing, leaving me confused and frustrated.

I got a Veggie Sandwich with extra cucumber and they did not give me my extra toppings. Thats not right. Bread is not fresh at this location. They should not promote fresh bread if its a lie. Delivery was fast that the only reason I gave it 3 stars

It’s Fresh!! And It’s Fast!! And it is consistent. Not sure what else to say. Nothing in particular to write home about on the subs, they are generic, but taste good. Perfect solution for last minute working lunch meetings,

No one said high when I walked through the door, the guy acted irritated when I gave him my order, and they still screwed up my sub but I did not dare to complain. The gangsta rap in the back ground was a nice touch. I travel a lot all over the country and really only eat at JJ’s but will never return to this one, EVER.
