Great location! Benjamin was a great help. Everyone was polite and nice. Super clean inside. Stopp f here for a late lunch with my kid and it hit the bullseye!

I came in to get lunch but wasn’t entirely pleased with what I witnessed. The guy named Ben seemed fine at first but then I heard him whisper under his breath that he is tired of doing everything in the store and nobody else does. However the other employee seemed to be working really hard. I just thought it was insulting for the other worker to hear that. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again because nobody should be disrespected like that.

Very friendly atmosphere the staff are hard working. The cashier Ben went up and beyond to make sure my order was correct and recommended additional ideas for my sandwich which I tried and enjoyed very much will definitely be eating here more often in the future

I would have given 1 star but at least the cashier (I think his name is Ben) was helpful and accommodating. The gentleman making the sandwiches today needs an attitude adjustment. I don’t know if he just doesn’t like his job or he doesn’t like his life. Maybe it’s just a bad day. But when your establishment has a 3 on Google, maybe it’s time for some personnel changes. Except Ben.

My first time to this location – called in order and James didn’t seem like he wanted to be there. To be honest, he sounded high! I walked in and there he was- miserable! Not even a “hi, how are you. “ Nothing!

The website says they’re open, the hours posted on Google and on their door says they’re open, the website allows you to place an order, but they are not open. I understand staffing shortages, emergencies, good help is hard to find, ok. I don’t understand how in 2023 with all the technology available, there is not a way to disable a website or show that a business is closed temporarily. I don’t understand why a business can’t turn on an answering machine to let people know they’re closed, should someone, somehow place an order online and then call because they’re getting a weird error message and their card had been charged 4 times and the website says to call the location and shows the order was submitted and is being processed. Seems like a lot of unnecessary inconvenience to your would be customers, who surely won’t be customers now.

I used to love this location since it’s the closest to my job. Lately it has been a disaster. The last time I came there was a only one person in the store and he was sweeping. I figured he’s doing everything so I will give him a second to finish and come to the register. He NEVER acknowledged me and I waited at least 5 minutes. He just kept sweeping. I have seen him practically every time I have come before, so I know he is a regular worker. I left since I figured that he was not interested in my business and vowed to never come back to this location because the service has been getting worse each time.

This place does not reflect the Jimmy John’s that I have enjoyed across the United States

I love Jimmy Johns. I was happy to see they have a location near my house when I moved here last year. I’ve only eaten here twice and they screwed up my order both times. Most recently I ordered and paid for avocado spread on my sandwich and it wasn’t there. I ordered a little John #1 for my daughter which comes with ham and cheese and there was no cheese on it. It’s just frustrating. The last time in went they left an entire sandwich off the order and I had to go back and show the receipt. I’m gonna keep eating at Jimmy Johns, but not this one. Sorry.

I love Jimmy John’s. So I was living in Brandon for two months. My job was in the same plaza as Jimmy John’s, so every day I ate at Jimmy’s. Not much time to spare for lunch, Jimmy John’s freaky fast and good service great sandwiches and great prices. I went after work and got there one hour and eight minutes before closing time, I was staring. To my disappointment it was close. That was very hard for me to understand as I worked as a general manager to thirteen stores. I’m not the type to leave a bad review, and honestly one store has nothing to do with another
