What am I paying for? This is the 2nd time my husband brings me a sub from this location and he says the guy is new since he asks a million question which no problem, we all been new to a job but dude this is the 2nd time I’m lucky you made the skinniest sandwich. Really? the cold cuts are thin already. Like get it together and learn how to make a sub this goes on them because there’s no way I’m the first person to noticed how sandwiches are lacking meat BIG TIME!! Everyone in that location should noticed there’s more training to be done or move that person to a different section. idk if I want to keep testing my luck.

Ordered a BLT, got a B. Yes a sandwich. Called and was told they were getting a manager. Left on hold for 17 min before hanging up. They verified my receipt with my phone number and never got a call back. Not to mention it to nearly an hour to get my food. Literally a mile down the road! Archer Rd, Gainesville FL.

This location seems to have very mixed reviews. As a first timer trying JJ’s I was very critical when I entered. I was caught off guard by the professionalism displayed by the employees yet they could maintain a personable customer service experience. I got a #9 which is basically an Italian submarine. I believe it’s called Italian night club. Anyway it was loaded up fully. I think some of the negative reviews from two months ago really were noticed by the management and they stepped it up. By the way, I think a few photos where people are complaining about the sandwiches being “too thin” are truly people just squishing their sandwich which is shameful. If you make thicker sandwiches at home you must be a monster. Anyway maybe it’s a day to day thing who knows.
