The inside looked nice. I liked the interior decor. I got the gargantuan sub. It’s a sub with all their meat. It was pretty good. It stayed together really good for being so thick and didnt drop hardly a thing. Cudos. 🙂 they only serve provalone cheese and do not offer a toasting option for subs. They have a drive through so you dont even have to leave your car. They even have a deliver service so u don’t even need to leave home; so long as you live within range. They have their own entrance to their parking lot off Ferdon Blvd and it isn’t attached to the parking lots from any of the surrounding businesses, you can only enter directly off ferdon. They have an online profile and ordering system that let’s you order through the website or a downloaded app. You can order and pay ahead if you like. They have mobile pay options like Samsung, Apple, and Google pay for people who don’t like cash or don’t care to carry a wallet.

Absolutely disappointed. Both the app and Google say this location is open till 9pm, i tried to place my order through the app for deliveryand the app said it couldn’tcompleteand to call the store, I have called 4 times and each time got no answer. I used to be a manager for JJ’s and I used to work at this location. I find the drop in service to be unacceptable and not up to JJ’s standards. Guess McDonald’s is getting my business tonight instead.

We ordered by phone and spoke with Lily only to discover she was on her own at the store trying to manage all the orders. This teen was super professional, managed the chaos well, and treated us with a smile and cheerful attitude. Our sandwiches were ready when we arrived. Food is Awesome but they DON’T even deliver to the middle of town…and to get to there enterance you either must already be headed Northbound or you will need to go way past then fight traffic to make a U turn to go back to it. Not to mention how frustrating it is to get a flyer placed in with my order every time…stating ” they deliver ” what a misrepresentation and outright statement of FALSE advertising!!! because they only go like 1 mile out…Corpororate says because they have to try to deliver within 5 minutes. I won’t go out of my way to for Jimmy John’s even though I do love their sandwiches.

Always liked Jimmy John’s and this was no different. Like other restaurants, they only had a couple of young ladies working. Both made it happen and were very friendly. There was a good lunch crowd which made me feel good, because I’ve been concerned about where they were headed.
