I got the Jimmy Cubano and they put one slice of meat on it. They also forgot to add the pickles. This sandwich is not worth $8. Check your sandwich before you leave so you can complain to them about it.

Took over an hour for delivery. I called twice for an update. The young lady on the phone ended up yelling over the phone and arguing with me. I told her had I known it would take that long I would not have ordered the food. Somehow that turned into me needing to send her people looking for a job since she only has one delivery driver, and a “…what do you want me to do about it?” Well arguing with a customer and yelling won’t fix the issue. I also apparently need to order earlier in the day if I need a sandwich for lunch. Who plans a sandwich earlier in the day? ESPECIALLY from a company that is “freaky fast.” I’ll stick to door dash and order something that is fast, and no one yells at me.

I got a good one for you. Today’s order was a free order because the previous time they gave us subs with almost no meat. My colleague here orders from them twice the week every week. So this week we get the free food and they get lost and take it somewhere else. And the funny thing is she confirm my address. All I can do is shake my head. It’s more like freaky confused then freaky fast. I’d rather the food be right and come late then the food be wrong and come fast.

The sandwiches were good, but seemed a little overpriced for a sandwich shop. Not much turkey and only included lettuce tomato and mayo on the sandwich. Any additions were extra. Subway gives so many choices and they do not charge extra.

I normally go through the drive thru which is awesome because they are truly freaky fast. Today we went inside and it was my husbands first time eating jimmy johns. He loved it! The guys there are prefessional and super fast at sandwich making. Great tasty sanwiches and fast service, what could be better?

We have been going to Jimmy John’s for years. Lightly we’ve had a lot of stale bread even though it’s been in the morning. Today my husband ordered online a free sandwich. We went to pick it up and waited and waited and waited and waited because the girl at the window would not look at us or open up her window. After 10 minutes somebody finally opened up the window. And gave us excuses on their service. The sandwich was supposed to be free but it wasn’t and they yammered all about the next time get this kind of sandwiches I’ll take x amount of money off of it. My husband tell them no more we’re going to Subway or we will find another Jimmy John’s location we’re done with this one
