I don’t know why I even ordered from here again. Literally the worst sandwich everytime. Guess I wanted to give it the benefit of the doubt, but like I know it’s just a sandwich but it’s 12 dollars and why have the option to customize it if the employees just do whatever they want?

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I ordered for delivery and everything on my receipt was correct but my sandwich was not correct at all. The driver was so rude, too. I tried calling and I sat on the phone for literally 2 minutes before ending and calling again. I called again and they still did not answer. Do not recommend this Jimmy Johns at all.

Fantastic experience at this Jimmy John’s felt like Nicolas cage.. I was gone in 60 seconds!! and food taste great unlike the subway in nsb was trash and drenched my footlong with way to much onion sauce… y’all have restored my faith in subs & humanity thank you!

Once I saw an roofing advertisement for Jimmy John’s for my hotel directly across the street I knew I had to at least give it a try. I ended up coming here and bringing my sandwiches back to the hotel multiple times during my stay. The sandwiches were always delicious and they were never sparse with giving meat.

Either the guy working the counter hated his life or he was racist and honestly after seeing how he treated the white customers after us ima assume racist, didn’t wanna take our order the whole time didnt ask us if we wanted a combo or anything just stood there acting like we were bothering him by going there, then right before I need to pay the phone rings and he just walks away. Never comes back if there wasn’t another girl there that rang me up I might still be waiting to pay. Seriously disappointing especially when the white couple right after us in line shows up and gets greeted with smiles and a proper ordering experience.

So twice we went, twice we got no food because each time they seriously closed early like before 8:00 two different workers.On bike week probably should stay open till atleast 10:00. I wouldn’t have even given them a one but had no choice. They have alot of amazing restaurants around them choose something that believes in customer service.
