I had the best experience at this restaurant talk about CLEAN! I could have ate off the floor and the restrooms were amazing no trash Nothing well kept up! But the staff omg beautiful and so nice when I walker in, everyone was well groomed both, ladies and gentlemen their hair was done and wearing their hats and gloves no stains on their uniforms unlike when I drove up to the window at dairy queen the associate looked like she fell out of bed and was late and just grabbed any dirty uniform shirt to put on!!! So not cool I almost puked didn’t even do her hair! But this Jimmy johns I can eat at every day my sub was amazing the bread was so fresh I had to pull over and eat. Kudos, Jimmy johns you have a wonderful and very professional staff!!!! If I could give them more stars I would, matter of fact…..

Went and ordered thru the website, and it said delivery was available to 9pm. Order was placed at 7:48pm and received 1 minute later. Received a call at 7:56pm telling me that they “don’t do delivery” Even though the website said they had it till 9pm. I said that your website says you have delivery and the lady that was the manager (found out when I called back) hung up on me before I could tell her that I’m not coming down to pick up the food and to just refund me my money. She kept trying to talk over me and started to raise her voice trying to talk over me and I kept talking trying to tell her that I wanted a refund. I will never be ordering from this store ever again and if this is how they train their managers to talk to their customers. I can see why this store has so many 1 star reviews. I will be talking to corporate about the way the this employee talked to a customer

Asked for double cheese on my sandwich and had no cheese on it. Guy on the phone tried arguing with me about putting it on. Had bad experiences from this store before, one of their delivery guys was rude and threatening to one of my coworkers. The one in Ormond isn’t bad, this one’s a bust.

I absolutely love this place! Obsessed with the chicken Ceasars wrap. I hope they can get it put on the menu permanently! I called one day to see if it had came back yet, literally the manager answered and gave me a 5 dollar coupon off a sub! Just for telling him how much I loved the place!
