Clever Idiot
highly unefficient with their hours and how they make their subs.Usually I like Jimmy John’s because of its efficiency, unfortunately this location is not efficient at all and good luck trying to figure out if they’re open or not. They seem to make up their own hours. Went up there with my mom (The only time we had to spend with each other on this day) on my break to get a sub and they were closed an hour early on a day that they’re only hoping a half day anyways, which is still not listed on their website. The excuse was Mother’s Day. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 20 years never heard of a place closed early on Mother’s Day. I’ve seen them open early and stay open later but never shorten their hours. Especially on what’s considered to be their half day anyways. Had to take my mom to Jersey Mike’s instead, even though Jimmy John’s is her favorite. Never going to that location again even though it’s right up the street from me.

Terrible customer service. Employee refused to run my gift card in store after placing a pick up order. Left the store without the food because of how I was treated. I refuse to spend more money after I personally reloaded the gift card. Employees should be reprimanded. This was 4/26/2023 at 7:15pm

I just ordered a sandwich and paid $15 for it to be delivered. The roll was stale and the tomatoes were frosted and had zero flavor. The pickles were old and clear and had no pickle flavor. The lettuce was brown and the cucumbers were clear. They added almost no avocado spread. They literally put a tiny bit in the cheese to cover the fact that they didn’t put any on the sandwich. This was an embarrassing sandwich and disgusting!

This is the third time i have ordered ahead for delivery and I put the delivery time for 30 min before my scheduled lunch time. And it still has been 45min to an hour late so I didn’t even have time to eat it. Remind you they are 1 mile exact from my work and when I call to ask them if it’s on it’s way they tell me another 10min but it still doesn’t show up then.

Our sandwiches were not prepared as we ordered. Very disappointed. Will not go back. The guy came across friendly. Danced with the music while preparing sandwiches. Maybe he should have been focusing on his work instead of the music. So sorry to have to post a negative comment, but when one spends almost $25.00 for two combos one would like to have them prepared the way they were ordered.
