I love Jimmy John’s and have never had any problems. Today, put in a request for delivery, instead they submitted as a pick up. I was fine with that and went to go to pick up the order, and this was the tuna sandwich I ordered. Had 6 slices of provolone and barely any tuna! I paid for a cheese and tomato and cucumber sandwich.

This location has ruined the reputation for the whole chain. Loyal fan at various destinations country wide for years, no more. It’s a shame they would even hire people like that. They put me on hold when I inquired about my order for 16 minutes before I hung up to call again. Then they just didn’t answer. My boss had to go pick it up several hours later as she is diabetic and couldn’t wait on them any longer. Then they told us we didn’t place the order when the money was gone from our accounts and we had an order number. Maybe we could’ve figured out what the deal was had they actually answered the phone. That’s ok, I won’t be back as I hate to bother employees with an order.

I ordered a sandwich that came with avacado spread that I wanted on the side and when I asked for it the manager told me she had to charge me for it. Even when I tried useing logic she didn’t understand I was already paying for it I just wanted it on the side and made me pay for it. I called customer service and they said someone from the store would contact me and no one ever did. I went again today and the gave me a sandwich with out meat and would not refund me for my sandwich. I live 25 miles away from the store and the wanted me to come pick up another sandwich. She said she could not refund the sandwich.

Two Left Feet
Ordered two slims 1 today at 12:41 and when I got back to work (Williams rd) I went to eat and they gave me roast beef not ham on both sandwiches. If I liked roast beef this wouldn’t be an issue but because I don’t I’m sitting here with no lunch to eat. I’ve called multiple times to see if they can correct my order but apparently they are having phone issues.

The pandemic is long over. Open the dining room back up. If you can’t hire enough employees put a sign up instead of making waving motions. Communication with customers is vital to business.

Love love love the Unwich. TheGgargantuan Unwich. The order can be placed online, unfortunately the dining room is closed and all pick ups must be done through the drive through (Covid staffing issues). Nonetheless, ordering online and picking up in the drive through is fairly quick particularly when ordering online. If looking forward to the dining room opening again, though.
