Ordered online. Called the store to confirm my order was ready, as the order tracker was not updated. An employee told me that all online orders were ready, but they hadn’t updated the online notifications. Food quality is good, but this location tends to be unstaffed.

Drove 3 (ish) miles out of our way (we didn’t realize it was so far from the highway), only to arrive and see that their dinning room was closed. We are driving to Atlanta and have a baby in the car with us, so eating on the road is not an option. Incredibly annoying.

I am eating my favorite JJ sandwich right now. But I wanted to commend this location and its employees. When I arrived to pick up my order, all employees were friendly/welcoming. I’d just ordered through the app maybe 3-5 minutes before arriving, but they were almost finished with my order. Everyone was wearing masks and working very efficiently (almost like an assembly line). Sandwich made perfectly as ordered. Amazing! Of note, I recently ate at another JJ and didn’t feel this same way/compelled to write a review afterward.

I use to go to this location at least two times a week every week. Today I was eating my meal and found hair in it. I went up to the counter and the gentlemen at the counter said it could be my hair because it was black. It was obviously not my hair is what I told him and he said there was nothing I could do about it. He said I ate more than half of my sandwich. I was willing to work it out with him. I asked him to remake me half of a sandwich and he said he couldn’t do anything about it. He gave me the “owners” number and told me to call her. I still haven’t had an answer. I spend money there for lunch and left hungry because I was disgusted from the thought of eating what could have been his beard hair.

To whoever is managing this location, I don’t want to rat out any of your employees, so I suggest you address them all, especially those that worked on the evening of 7/14/20… even though they argue that employees are not mandated to wear mask, it should be common sense not to talk over people’s food in this COVID era, people are scared and want to be safe, this is not a joke… no matter how few, people are dying, so when you have an employee who doesn’t care, won’t stop talking over food and catches an attitude when told about it, that reflects bad on management! I watched a guy abandon it entire order and I had to skip out on my lettuce cos she wouldn’t stop talking without her mask on, I definitely won’t be going back there but I’m sure my 10 bucks won’t matter, your business will be just fine.
