This is, without a doubt, the absolute worst Jimmy John’s in the entire world. IT TOOK THEM TWO HOURS to deliver a cold sandwich. After 90 minutes of waiting, I called the store and the manager refused to give me a refund, and told me that their only delivery driver was in the middle of delivering 12 sandwiches. This place is horrible. JJ’s lost a lifetime customer.

Absolutely terrible experience. Placed an order for delivery just after 4PM and it didn’t leave the store until 4:49PM. While waiting for it to leave the store I called the store and was greeted with a completely apathetic response. I didn’t receive the sandwich until 5:23PM. After over an hour of sitting around, my sandwich was soggy and disgusting and not worth the wait. If you’re thinking of ordering from this store do yourself a favor and go to the grocery store, get your own ingredients, and make it yourself – it’ll be quicker. This has been the worst delivery experience I’ve ever dealt with and it’s shocking coming from a store that calls itself “Freaky Fast”

Worst delivery experience and awful customer service. We order two sandwiches at 12pm and have still not received them by 2pm. After multiple calls, they finally answered the phone and said that our sandwiches would be delivered when the delivery driver returned, but they could not provide any specific timeframe. The sandwiches were made right after we placed the order, so now they have just been sitting there for almost two hours. There is nothing fast about this location and I would not recommend ordering from here.

Got my food on take out. The staff was nice, lively and acknowledged me right through the door. The food was quick and made as ordered with a smile. Even got recommended some extra toppings while the sandwich was being made. I’d at this is the exemplary Jimmy Johns for all Jimmy Johns. Been keeping me happy and coming back for more. Horrible place to work!!!!! This can not be overstated, stay away! The owner responded below, I worked there for 2 1/2 years and never saw the owner. When upper management would come in the store they usually would not speak to us. I voiced me grievances to human resources at the corporate office over a week ago have not heard a word from them. The comment down below is just a ruse to make other people think they care.
