I don’t ever write negative reviews, but please don’t come here. The service is ridiculously slow. We ordered ahead and the food was not ready when we arrived. Keep in mind this was well over 30 minutes. The manager said he put a $15 credit on our account for the hassle. When we returned to give them a second try, the credit was not on our account. I feel lied to. Also, every time we’ve been to this location, we ask for no cheese due to an allergy. They put cheese on it every time, even though we ask for NO dairy. Don’t go here. So much for freakishly fast….

Jimmy John’s still owes me a $10 refund for omitting two sandwiches from my order about 6 weeks ago. They said they were gonna credit me but never did as we were heading to Ellijay and didn’t realize they didn’t include them until we arrived at my folks house. Still love their sandwiches though.

This location is extremely slow every time I go to the drive thru I wait for 15 plus minutes. So today I decided I would try delivery… BIG mistake. After 30 minutes I called to check on my order and they stated it was sitting and waiting to be made. Staff member stated once it was made it would be “right out.” It did not show up at my office for another 45 minutes. My office is less then a mile from the location.

Josh at JJ’s at #2230 in Woodstock, Georgia recommended a Thai Chicken Wrap. I called and ask for a recommendation because I have only tried two other sandwiches and after that I only eat the Gargantuan. Now this sandwich is big enough for two meals for myself. I ask if it was hot, I do not like really spicy food. He said no, so I trusted him. It did sound good. I will say that the Thai Chicken Wrap is my favorite sandwich/wrap of all times. It has a little spicy flavor but also a somewhat sweet flavor. It is definitely crunchy and that is a bonus for me. The chips, pickels and cookie is always good. I will add that it was delivered within probably 10 minutes after I ordered it and the driver was such a sweet young man. I had given special instructions and he followed it to a tee. I hope this wrap stays on your menu forever because I am a person of habit. I mean, like why change something that is almost perfect. I need to add a comment about the Kickin’ Ranch sauce, it is the best. First time trying that also. Next time I will order two of those. Way to go Jimmy John’s, you have added the best sandwich ever to my all time favorite list.

The orders are always correct BUT…they are anything but fast. I come to this store on my way into work sometimes but I have to plan it accordingly. If I’m running late…I know I can’t stop here because I’ll be in the drive thru for at least 15 mins. I actually remember coming through the drive thru once & they actually were fast…& it caught me off guard. Lol

Great sandwich. I ordered a giant and should not have to ask for it to be cut in half. Really hate those kettle chips. Ice-Tea was nice and fresh. Be careful of sodium.

Boyfriend paid $18 for a number 13 combo in the drive thru, only to get home and find out there was nothing on the sandwich except literally turkey and cheese, and I was not offered a choice of chips and drinks in spite of being charged.
