WOW! Best customer service hands down! We placed a large lunch order and it was spot on! It was ready on time. Online ordering was a breeze. Sandwiches were tasty and fresh. I would recommend.

Do not come to this location. “Due to staff shortages” restaurant had only one person, in the whole restaurant, so drive-thru only. I paid for an online order to be delivered and received a call about staffing issues, I agreed to pick up my order. Not only was I not allowed inside, since doors were locked with a sign stating “drive-thru only” but had to wait an additional 30 min + my drive to the location for my online order since the line was long. Restaurant still kept my delivery fee and tip for services I did not receive. I am usually patient but I will no longer support this location again. I had a horrible experience.

Went during lunch hour and it was just hectic. Asked for unwhich 3 times with my order and still received white bread. Then took me 5 minutes after honking horn and knocking on window for lady to realize that I was still sitting there. She quickly tried to give me someone else’s order and all I wanted was my credit card back! In the end the tuna was good as usual

…..I stepped in to get a sandwich ….and while I stepped to the side to wait for my business to text me his order 25 construction workers walked in fron of me…..I was gonna just leave but I stayed in line….it was only 2 ladies behind the counter…taking orders….working the drive-thru and the phone….when I tell you they knocked it out of the park!!!!!……everyone got their food and I received mine with no problems and while I was prepared to sit and wait 35 mins they had me up outta there in 15……great job ladies wish I knew your names…..

Staff were wearing ear buds taking personal calls. Cashier was very impersonal, rushed the order, and didn’t listen to the customer. This location’s management and staff are in need of some serious re-training. They all could care less about being there. Of course made it home and they made the wrong sandwich. In need of a good sandwich? Go somewhere else…

I’ve had jimmy john sandwiches from another location and I have to say that the ‘Vito’ I got at this location was unbelievably skimpy. Couldn’t have been more than 3 skinny slices of the meat, no oil or vinegar either. Nah, couldn’t recommend this particular…..

Walked in & ordered 2 sandwiches. Everyone was smiling and friendly. Employees were polite and professional. It was nice going into a business and interacting with employees that didn’t act like I was inconveniencing them, actually seemed to not mind the fact that they were at work, and overall just pleasant. I’ll definitely be returning.

My second attempt at ordering food from this location. My first they had their doors locked and with a sign that said due to staffing shortages you have to use the drive thru, which was congested due to a car show across the street and their lication being next to a gas station. Now my second attempt I tried delivery through their app. Got a call after I submitted a $50 order where I was informed that they have no drivers. I’m not sure what the issue is at this location, but if you have zero drivers you should absolutely not be accepting any delivery orders. This will be my final attempt at getting food from this location.

Honestly it’s my first experience at this location and the only reason it got a 2 star is b/c of a little girl cleaning the lobby spoke to me as I walked in. The women who took my order was rude and seemed irritated that I even came in. I’m a General Manager myself and to see how the interaction was with me as a customer is poor experience. Won’t be back I’ll just make my own sandwich at home.
