I went to Jimmy John’s off of McFarland and 400 yesterday. I got home and this is what was there when I opened my sandwich and took a bite of yummy bread and mayo because that’s basically all they put on the sandwich. $8.00 for nothing but bread and tomato and 1 piece of ham can barely even see the lettuce because there was 1 piece underneath hidden. I now see why they are “freaky fast” because there is nothing inside!!!!! I am completely disappointed and probably won’t be back. Surely never have this problem with Jersey Mike’s subs!

The food was good, as were the portion sizes. The people were nice, but took a long time for each order. This was at lunch hour. It was pricy, but that’s standard for the area. I may go again in the future, but not if I’m in a rush.

Typically I love Jimmy Johns but I went here for lunch, and asked for mustard on my sandwich. I got to work to check and see if there was any mustard of course there is not, which no biggie. However I do have an issue with opening up my sandwich and finding a wad of plastic shoved into my lettuce.

By far beyond the lackluster sandwiches from subway, and jersey mikes. JJ’s has the best quality meats, cheese, bread and toppings and they actually load up the sandwich with more than 3 slices of meat. A half sub will make two small meals for me.

food has always been good but delivery/customer service is unacceptable. my order was out for delivery for 40 minutes before i got my food and I live 1.5 miles down the street from this jimmy johns. when I called (30 min after it was out for delivery) and very nicely asked about my order, the employee on the phone said “honestly we have our slowest driver out today. if he’s not there within the next 10-15 minutes give us another call and I’ll call him and straighten him out”. you’re joking, right? so your driver is just out there with my food somewhere doing god knows what and you’ll only call him to “straighten him out” if he’s an ADDITIONAL 15 minutes late with my order? why does he even work there if this is so common for him? so much for “freaky fast”.

Ordered via UberEats. Manager called after I placed my order and said they were out of bread and didn’t have any drivers (even though it’s UberEats the driver is done through JJ apparently). He said he would refund my $30 order. Checked bank statement and no refund. UberEats won’t refund since its 48 hours+ after the order. Lame. Contacting my bank to reverse the charge. The service was not provided / no food was delivered and I tipped in advance of the delivery.

This location has never let me down. I always order through their website for pick-up. It’s always waiting for me on the pick-up order shelve to the left as you walk in with my name. My orders have always been correct and are ready for me in 10-15 minutes after I place it when I get there.
