Only 2 employees, I understand that . Not even acknowledged when we stood at the counter over 5min. We were the only people there. One employee was making food, other appeared to be lost or confused. Fountain drink machine out of order. While we was there a delivery guy came in with bags of ice. NOT FREAKY FAST at all.

My husband and I have always enjoyed this location. He always requests for the kickin ranch and when asked the cashier if it was in the bag. She replied yes, but got home and there wasn’t any. We wouldn’t be upset, but there is a charge for the sauce.

I ordered from your store today and was VERY DISAPPOINTED!! To say the least!! My sandwich had NO MEAT and only 3 small tomatoes and 3 very thinly sliced pickles. I tried calling and I could tell someone answered but no one spoke. My fiancé went up there and called before he went in and the manager was answering the phone and walking off. I am VERY upset by the entire situation and will NEVER order from your company again!!!

I originally had a great review for this location. Sadly within 5 months time the consistency has become a massive problem. Yes they compensated but they are consistent at not being able to listen to the customers wants for their food they are consuming. Management relies on company standards that are micromanaged. When the customer is consuming your product there shouldn’t be desperation to get your food the way you want it when its within their means. I’m just dumbfounded by the lack of integrity. I don’t want my meal for free I want it the way I Intended and ordered!!!

This is the first and last time that I will ever eat at this location. I have never encountered this level of rudeness at any restaurant. When I walked in I was greeted with attitude and when I began to order it was apparent that it was an inconvenience for the staff. I had to get my on cups because they couldn’t be bothered and when I asked for a bag the staff said they are right there get it yourself. I would not recommend eating at this location if this is how they treat their customers

5 star for what you expect. Jimmy John’s focus on quick service minimal menu. And it works. I work a very on the go job and needed to be in and out with a sandwich in my stomach in 10 minutes and they delivered. The staff is very friendly and personable. With a job that has me on the road 9+ hours a day, a place to sit down and eat is a luxury for “Fast Food”.
