I went their 06/21/2023 and paid $20.20 for a turkey sub and a chicken wrap. I questioned the price and was told I even paid for the cheese they put on the sub.Well the sub wasn’t Good at all and the guy was looking at a piece of paper to see what to put on the chicken wrap.I know they over charge me but I was on my way to my second job and need bite to eat.I will never go back there,

I was just minding my business eating my sandwich when all of a sudden the manager cussed at his employee working the register. I had to leave immediately. Don’t swear at your employees!!!!

The staff at this location was great. Everyone was very friendly. I got a veggie unwich and my daughter got the veggie on white. We both enjoyed our sandwiches and chips. Bathrooms were clean.

I ordered from the app and my order was never delivered. I tried to call the store multiple times to get another sandwich or a refund but I was never able to speak to anyone. Now I’ve paid for a sandwich that I never received and I have no way of getting the money I paid for it back. The phone number listed apparently doesn’t work??

I called at 11:15 When my order placed at 10am didn’t show. 1st I got put on hold as soon as i told them my order placed over an hour prior hadn’t arrived. When i sat on hold a long time I called from another phone. They answered and said they had computer problems, but they were making it now. Still didn’t show up until 1209. When I got my sandwich out it was super thin. I opened it and the spicy Italian only had 2 slices of Salami on each half. No other meats. I’m starving so I’m eating it, but I am so angry.

I have watched the quality of their sandwiches decrease over the past year. I used to think they were glorious and now all I get is a sad excuse of a sandwich. I tried to report feedback to the restaurant and never got a reply. I’m not sure if it’s a change in management or what but it is very disappointing.

They don’t keep sandwich cold when out for delivery. They also left something out of my order and charged me for it anyway. I called and complained and they said they would refund my card. That never happened. Called again a week later and was told they can’t refund my card, can only credit my Jimmy John’s account. I will never order from them again since the last order went so bad. So they just stole from me.

Rude staff answering the phone. Called in due to order placed online which stated would be delivered within 18-23 minutes. Stated order would arrive by 1245. When I called the restaurant at 12:50, I was met with an abrasive tone. Told my food would be the next that goes out and it generally takes an hour. When I asked why the online order stated a shorter timeframe, I was met with “well you know how that is.” Now, on my lunch break and rainy weather, I am without food. I will never attempt to order or patron this location again.
