This place is ideal when you want to get lunch in a hurry. Jimmy John’s is so fast it’s freaky! I would definitely recommend this place to someone who wanted a good healthy lunch but didn’t have time to sit down.

Recently had a bad run in with a door dash order. I called and the manager was sooo awesome within minutes new food on the way! Felt bad tbh! Be careful “hand to me” they can’t see on door dash! Add to the notes, or call if you live in an area that they steal food!

Not Freaky Fast at all, and my sandwich was soggy. Placed order at 11:43 am, made call about 12:30pm. I was told that the driver had a few orders so just a little delayed. I received my Tuna sandwich at 1:20pm. I understand things happen but almost 2 hours is not acceptable. I tipped the driver and additional $1.00 but if JJ is going to charge a delivery fee, food need to be delivered within a reasonable amount of time or do not offer it until ample help come. I didn’t enjoy this meal at all.

Tried to order 2 times from this location. Kept trying to explain to the young lady i didn’t know the zip code. Because I was from out of town. But I was staying at the hotel 1/2 block from her and the zip code was the same as hers. Than she put a guy on he asked the same Question. And I replied the same I am not from here I didn’t know what it was. He said we will just cancel the order than.

First time at this location last night and I am impressed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sandwiches were delicious we had roast beef and a Italian night club. The store was very clean.

Extremely rude. I customize my sandwich to my needs of my allergies. And they got it all wrong. Called about it and he was extremely rude and nasty about it. Don’t understand how this place even got a 4.0

This place was decent 3 months ago give or take. Over the last month, I’ve had many issues with food & service. I use(d) the JJ app to order pickup, which worked for all of 2 weeks, then I got consistent errors, the worst being that I select “Order notifications” in the app to see when I’m clear to pickup, but would either not get a notification that my food was read at all, get one, but my food wasn’t ready, or I would go over after waiting 15+ min. & my food would be ready, but I wouldn’t get a notification until anywhere from 5-15 minutes after leaving the store, meaning no one plugged that my order was ready into the system prior. I’ve also had orders be wrong: Sandwiches not cut in half, condiments I requested not be put on end up on sandwiches (Which has almost always been an issue when I’m ordering for coworkers, which upsets them too). The last straw for me was ordering pickup, waiting 15 min. (At 1:32 pm, def. not lunch rush), then going over to the store to find out not only was my order not on the designated pickup shelving adjacent to the door, my order was sitting on the line (For how long I have no idea), had not been bagged, no napkins, (No notification on my phone that it was ready), nor did anyone ask me what I needed for 5 min. after arriving save for one gentleman who was obviously moving product around, when there were at least 2 other employees present not doing anything. I will say, it is easy to distinguish the ethically driven workers here from the rest, but man, what’s the point of having a pickup station if you can’t even get the sandwiches off the line, into a bag, & walk the all of 30 ft over to it with an order? Wish I could leave a positive review, but I won’t be back, unless my coworkers need me to grab something for them.
