Love their Italian subs. My daughter likes the vegetarian sub, however, she reports they have left out the Avocado. Would be nice to be able to add onions and peppers with it too. She says it just comes with lettuce, Mayo, cheese, tomato and cucumber.

Food at Jimmy John’s is always great. Unfortunately, the service was honestly the worst out of ANY Jimmy John’s I’ve been to. No joke, I had to repeat my order at least six times at the speaker and window. First, I was told they couldn’t hear me and to move to the pickup window. Then, I had to repeat the sandwiches, chips, and drinks at least three times each. What did I learn. If you go to this Jimmy John’s, instead of one of the other great sub shops around, make sure you record your order on your phone so if they ask you to repeat it, you can just hit play. No extra breath needed. Furthermore, if you love hearing “can you repeat that,” and “what was that order,” then come on over and test your nerves. The only thing freaky fast about that Jimmy John’s is how fast they get on your nerves and mess up your order. Ooh, yes. After repeating the drinks many times……they still didn’t ring them up.

They will not deliver to heroes manor. This store is 1.8 miles away from my home, they will deliver to the naval hospital which is 0.5 miles further. Makes absolutely no sense, instead of using the tool that tells you why address , maybe Jimmy John’s should utilize some common sense instead.

Ok, I have drove past this place since they first opened but i dodged it due to lack of judgement on my behalf…Well today i placed an order and within 8 minutes BAM my order was at the door! (Where do they do that at? Jimmy johns is where) I was very pleased with the ladie who took my order and the ladie who delivered it (maybe it was the same ladie? Idk) I was greeted with a smiling face and a GREAT sub! My ticket has the name Zachary on it I’m unsure if thats the ladie or not but regardless she has outstanding customer service! Thank you i highly reccomend there food! If you haven’t already given it a try you should! Be your own judge:) I am FULL hahaha
