Tried the new Cabrese/Salami/Pesto sub, and the wife had the Tuna minus the peppers! Very good sandwiches! A little pricey for subs but service and overall cleanliness made it a stop I will make again!

Normally I would give the atmosphere and Jimmy John’s a three because the music is so loud. You can’t even hear yourself. Think let alone have a conversation. But I will say their music was very appropriate. You had no problem ordering and The table conversation was enjoyable… And as always the food was very good.

First time at JJ’s. Was hoping for a Subways but since I came from the college, this was closer. First Ive noticed that their subs are longer: 8″/16″. Longer doesnt mean bigger!! Their subs very thin. And you cant choose your additions, you cant even see them if theyre fresh. You cant even choose your bread type.

This is the 1st Jimmy Johns I’ve been to that said they are out of bread. How are they even running a business if they can’t get something basic like bread? And why are they asking me each time I order if I’m a rewards member? If I was a rewards member, I would mention it myself. Just annoying. The food is decent at least

Very unhappy with my 2 sandwiches purchased. I ordered 2 large turkey subs with extra meat and additional toppings selected. But once home I pulled out 2 of the most undesirable sandwiches with less meat and toppings to fill a toddler! Not pleased and I always sing JJ’s praises but this was pathetic.

I really enjoyed my experience at this Jimmy John’s! There are three Jimmy John’s in Jacksonville, NC & we chose the Western Boulevard location because it was closer to our location. We tried the new Black and Bleu Sandwich & it was great! The staff was friendly, the food was good, overall, I would highly recommend it. I am very picky about restaurants & this one met my standards. Great job Jimmy John’s!
