I come here for my lunch break almost once or twice a week. This place never seems to disappoint! Workers are so friendly. They always know I get the beach club extra mayo no tomatoes! Got a free brownie but they remember I don’t like brownies and offered me a cookie instead!! Customer service like this makes the experience 100 times better. Jimmy johns is the best sanwich shop. And who ever the manager is here, SM, RM, which ever, you have the best workers!!!

They were fast. But this is the second time I’ve ordered that the un-which is not even wrapped. I open it and it’s fallen completely apart. There’s no way to eat it, especially when the lettuce was wet when wrapped and the papers are wet too.

If I could give no stars today I would, I called to place an order one individual answered the phone and I didn’t mind holding on as he asked me to do so he come back to the phone and the phone was answered as if he was laying in the bed at home lounging just as nonchalant as he wanted to be. I was given to another individual and he wants to know my address I never told them that I wanted it to be delivered and they never asked , I go in to pick up my order the staff member drops my bag on the floor and some young simple minded girl is standing there laughing at the entire process very immature, fortunately nothing happened with the food but they just stand there like zombies! I asked where the manager is and he points to the manager, from the angle in which I was standing I could not see the individual I was asking for yet I know that the manager heard me ask for him but never bothered to acknowledge me as a customer, my car was running and my father was waiting in it for me I decided to just move on. I did say aloud that this set of individuals need to learn better customer service skills and whoever owns this store need to have a serious meeting and deal with these lazy people that are coming to work, or stay home we don’t need this here needless to say I’ll never be back to this Jimmy John’s restaurant again.

First and last time coming here. I placed an online order at 11:15am to be picked up at 12pm. When I got there at 12pm to pick up my order, it wasn’t even ready and orders that were placed after mine were being made instead. I waited for my order to be ready and I left. When I got to my location and opened my sandwiches, all of them were made incorrectly. It was very disappointing to have to wait for my order to be made and then on top of that, receive the wrong order. I called the store to see how they could help me and I was told that I was going to get a call back. I never did. Very poor management and no care for the customer whatsoever.

This is one of my favorite sandwich shops. I travel for work and no matter where I am, the consistency of the quality, service, and taste is the same. When they say “Freaky Fast” they mean it. Most of the time my sandwich is ready before I finish signing the credit card receipt, no joke!
