My family loves the wraps they have for summer. Very customizable and taste great. Haven’t tried their subs yet but they all look good. If you get the combo, their chips are 2oz bags which are larger than other sandwich places.

This was my first time at any Jimmy John’s. We were nicely greeted upon arrival. I ordered the Thai wrap. It was delicious! The restaurant is near the hospital and it was lunchtime, so it was busy. The workers were fast and efficient. The eating area was clean, and the bathrooms were very clean. There’s nothing like a clean bathroom. I really enjoyed my visit and will be going again soon. Keep up the good work .

I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but I received no customer service. My family and I were looking at the menu, trying to decide what to order; there was no one in line behind us, and the guy behind the counter glared at us. I approached the counter and spoke to him three times; he never responded and simply stared at me. After the third hello, he finally spoke with an attitude. My family and I had to leave. I apologize if he was having a bad day.

I submitted my order at 12:05 and it is 12:55 and my food has still not arrived. This is unacceptable. You place your order in enough time so at your lunch time your food is here. And it’s not and this is not the first time this has happened. It will be a while before I order from here.

Very good, fresh bread. The bread is like a skinny torpedo, so it doesn’t hold as much meat or other stuff as the other places, but each bite is pretty much perfection. Very fresh, tasty ingredients. Prices between Subway and Jersey Mike’s. People say you get what you pay for ….
