I am a regular here and only go to this Jimmy John’s location in Durham because the customer service is SO GOOD! always freaky fast! The beach club is my favorite. When Bailey makes my subs she always asks if I have any preferences and asks me how I want my sub cut which makes the experience 5 stars easily!

The sub was great, as always; however, the customer standing in line in front of me was not wearing a mask even with two posted signs that I observed. None of the staff said a word to the customer and they took his order with no hesitation. This was disturbing to me since my husband and I frequent this location on Duke Street.

I ordered a #12. Which is my favorite from Jimmy John’s. I order this a lot. That’s a beach sandwhich with turkey and avocado. The guy who made my sandwich, he cut the bread and then dug all of the soft bread from the inside top layer of the bread. I thought that was gross, rude, disgusting. Who wants to BUY a sandwich to only eat the shell of the bread??? I asked for a refund and will never go to that location again. The finished sandwich was sooo skinny and yuck!!! Jimmy Johns really does a great job of promoting the smell of their bread and to see most of your bread being dug out of your sandwich is a no no!! I’m with this location.
