First time ordering and last. I placed an order to be delivered to my job and never received it. I called to ask if it was still on the way and was told by the manager that the driver called the number to the front desk and was told that it was the wrong location and they were not accepting deliveries which is odd being that I’m the only one here and the phone never rang. Now I have to wait several days before my money goes back on my card. No apologies were offered.

Nasty, messy, and left outside with a half drunken soda in a box. I assume it belonged to the driver cause I didn’t order a drink. ♀️ Then the sandwich was drowned in oil. Literally puddles of oil on the wrapper. This the third time in a row my order was below acceptable.

Awesome place. They’ve got a great variety of sandwiches, and you can even be SUPER ironic and get any of their subs as an “unwich”, that is to say that they use lettuce to make any of their sandwiches a wrap. Crazy. They’re always quick to greet everyone with a smile, and even quicker on their service times. Place something for delivery, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it got to you before you closed your browser! A+

Horrible customer service. Not greeted when I walked in, or even talked to. I had to tell the girl working that I had rewards and she responded, “it already went through”. Rude workers and just not a good interaction to have whatsoever. Not sure how people get hired with such bad service and attitudes.

I order food from here pretty often. They constantly leave out items on my order such as adding bacon to my sandwich, and my drinks. Better customer service would be greatly appreciated!! Unfortunately, it sucks to pay $20-$30 then not recieve exactly what you paid for. Plus, I was tipping $5-$10, but once they started messing my orders up incorrectly then I started to tip less. I tip for quality and outstanding customer service. I might as well drive to Jersey Mike’s if this is going to continue.

45 minutes still waiting on sandwich. Store is 5 minutes drive from my place and still waiting. Called store 3 times after put on hold of 5 minutes each time and talked to two different employees including manager of this store A lady. still waiting on my food. She offered drink. She lied on the phone telling me food is on the way and other individual said food went out which was 25 minutes ago and manager said no food is still at the counter and changed after 5 minutes of conversation. Terrible service and in fact the worst service possible. Will definitely call their corporate office and make sure this store owner works on training which is much needed. By the time food comes I’m sure it will be 1 hour from 5 minutes drive distance.
