Man making subs was very rude. Asked if I could wash my hands because sub fell apart while eating. I was told bathroom was out of order. Employee (male) laughed. I know they are not holding they’re blatter all day. Never spend another dollar at a Jimmie johns again. First and last time for my family and I.

The Jimmy John’s Experience ( Online Order/Delivery Edition). I ordered their Turkey Tom on sliced bread with a bag of chips. I enjoyed watching my order online, which provided me a somewhat expected delivery time. Jimmy Johns delivered my food quickly, and I appreciate the fast delivery. The sandwich tasted standard and ok, and although I want to gravitate towards Jimmy Johns due to their fast delivery, I have a hard time doing so. I do wish the company would explore other bread options like other major sub-shops and sandwich variations.

I am a hugeeee jimmy johns fan in general, but unfortunately they gave me a not so great sandwich here. I am not sure if they somehow gave me the wrong size but the sandwich was tinyyyy! The workers were nice and it still tasted alright but it was the smallest sandwich I’ve ever bought.

Food is more or less the same as every other Jimmy Johns but freaky fast is not how I would describe this franchise location. I have been here 5+ times over the last 2 months and every time they either get the order slightly wrong (leaving onions in when asked for them off) or they take longer than you would expect. Today was no exception, lunch rush so it was busy but while I was waiting on the food the people making the subs asked me over the counter after ordering “what did you get?” The guy on the register was a delivery guy trying to help out the line but more staff training may be needed at this location. I will be back, but this location does not meet the expectations of the brand.

Took over an hour for ONE sub combo (two blocks away) and my drink was placed in a larger cup that had soda down in the bottom of it…? Doesn’t add up. I love Jimmy John’s, but not from this location. You’ll get faster service going through door dash.
