The food is good enough. If you get a coupon or discount, then it’s probably good value. The service I received was laughable. The employees were just sitting in the booths, talking to their friends as I walked back in for a second time trying to fulfill my order. One of the subs had been left out of my order. Mistakes happen, no big deal. But, they acted like I didn’t exist and I was mistaken. I promise I didn’t drive 3 miles back home and return just to get a free sub.

We have ordered twice in the past week, hoping the first experience was a fluke but turns out the delivery service is about as quick as ordering next day shipping. I ordered at 11:35 and received it at 2:05pm. I don’t think it’s any fault of the delivery driver because for one man he’s very polite and seems to be doing the best that he can. Who ever runs this corporation needs to offer free one day delivery for a more accurate depiction of food delivery service eta. Sad because this use to be a favorite but looks like we can no longer order here because it’s the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. It’s comical how long it took

Numerous times now I have placed a delivery order that has taken hours to actually be delivered. Two most recent examples: the order I placed tonight was “out for delivery” at 12:47a.m. I did not receive the order until 2:08a.m. The last order I placed was out for delivery at 5:34p.m. and wasn’t delivered until 7:02p.m. I live not even 5 minutes from the store. I have trouble driving at night or I would go and get it myself… it’s a joke to everyone I’ve spoken to that your slogan is “freaky fast” because you’re the slowest restaurant in town. Repeat customer ONLY because the food is good. I have literally watched this store go down in flames. The rude demeanor of all employees and immense lack of professionalism is just crazy.

Have been waiting on food delivery for 2 hours. I always liked thier food, but I will never order delivery again. I called to get a refund as I still don’t have food, and was told that the manager will call me back because they weren’t in. I highly doubt I ever get a call. I just wonder if I will ever get my food.

This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered delivery at 11am and not received my order for 2+ hours. This location used to be reliable and fast, not anymore. Avoid ordering delivery from here if you can. This would make a great location for a Jersey Mike’s.

I ordered for delivery the totally tuna with extra tuna and asked for it to be cut in half. Was told 45 minutes for delivery but only took about twenty which was nice. As soon as I took the sandwich out of the bag I could tell that it was not cut in half and it definitely did not have the extra tuna that I paid for. There was literally more lettuce on the sandwich than tuna. One bite a bit of tuna with lettuce and cucumber, next bite entirely lettuce, tomato and cucumber. Absolutely no consistency in how the sandwiches are made. Last time I ordered the sandwich (in store) it was made correctly, but I got it to go and I guess the person making the sandwich thinks they are helping out the company by screwing the customer over.
