wanted to let others know, this place is marked as wheelchair accessible but it is not. the Jimmy John’s itself may be accessible but you have to get up onto like a patio in order to get in, and there’s no ramp. well, technically there IS, but it’s not a wheelchair ramp. it’s not even wide enough for the smallest wheelchairs out there, it’s very clearly designed for bikes. I am able to do wheelies in my chair and STILL can’t get onto the patio. other wheelchair users please don’t waste your time and energy

Visiting from SC dont eat meat wanted to try the famous place saw the tuna has soy sauce in it wanted to taste the actual tuna before purchasing a $20 each sandwich for Husband and myself, manager was asked and she refused to even let me sample. Soy sauce in tuna is not normal. Hope all stores are not like this.

I would say this is more of a $$ than a $ place, as they are more expensive than other chain sandwich joints. The food tastes cleaner, almost, like the ingredients are a higher quality, though the menu itself is intimidating. Usually something is slightly wrong with my order, but they’re willing to fix it.

Last night I ordered food to my apartment they told me it was delivered. I work for the company that I live at, so I was able to check the security camera footage of when it was said it was “delivered”, and the footage showed it was never delivered. I reached out to the store about this information to get a refund. I spoke with CRYSTAL THE MANAGER on the phone was so rude to me, and stated she was unsure she could give me a refund, because she has to “talk to the owner”. I have never heard in my life having to speak to the owner to issue someone a refund when their food was never delivered, and she said it may take over two weeks?!?!?! I have never previously had an issue with this store, but I will no longer be going here due to the lack of professionalism and customer service. Crystal should be fired for this behavior because I have heard that she does this to MULTIPLE customers.

I haven’t been to a Jimmy John’s in years, probably over 5 years honestly. My experience here was absolutely fantastic. The male employee taking my order was very friendly and quick. The other employee making the sandwich was also fantastic. All employees working here sounded as if they enjoyed being there and had an upbeat positive attitude. The sandwich was perfect, exactly how I ordered it and they even graciously offered me a box to take everything I ordered home. I will be coming back to this location for my next sandwich adventure very soon.

This is the lettuce they serve their customers. Happened the other day as well so I thought it was a 1-off. Nope. (I didn’t have any sauce or oregano on sandwich either.) It’s brown because it’s old. Disgusted!
