Delivery communication is trash. Very rude when my food wasn’t dropped off at the right location and I gave specific instructions. The person called me I said I’m coming because she can’t get in without a key fob. Get to my door no one is there I call her back no answer. My food sat outside the wrong address for almost 30 minutes. I offered to come pick up my food so it wouldn’t be left outside. Never have had issues retrieving my food until now. One person told me one thing somebody else is telling me something different. Do better.

This review is for City Dog’s next door on Cary St. Anyway, I’ve already had three different dogs here in the 5 weeks I’ve lived downtown and each one was uniquely delicious. The Original Chicago Vienna Beef Dog is my favorite with the peppers and tomato. These dogs really pop, so good!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is by far the worst JJ I have EVER had. Not food wise because how would I know? It’s never delivered to the correct place or just isn’t delivered. I was supposed to be getting a $40 refund and still haven’t. This was 2 weeks ago.

Our company hosted a large lunch with about 40 people. I called when they first opened to verify the order and the person that answered was so helpful and friendly. They were able to bring lunch early, which was extremely helpful. Our delivery person was very nice. I would definitely visit this location again if I was in the area.

Ordered a Club LuLu, got a Club Tuna. I’ve had smooth experiences in the past, but that’s a pretty bad mixup. Couldn’t eat it, didn’t know until I got home with my order. Friendly folks here, but no response after submitting feedback thru the website.

First time ever ordering there. We ordered 2 sandwiches. #11 with bacon & #12. We paid for bacon but got none. They said they would redeliver another with bacon. Waited over an hour and still no replacement (they wanted the one without bacon back so left it sit downstairs with security because they never showed after 1/2 hour). The #12 is supposed to come with avocado. Not even a tiny bit of avocado was on it. That was the only reason I ordered the #12! The best they offered as compensation for a wasted #11 was a 5 dollar credit. Great! The sandwich cost over $10 and had to be thrown out for sitting out so very long waiting on a replacement that never came. I do not recommend this location!!!
