Sandwiches was horrible and so was the service, manager is even worst. We order a giant tuna sub and tuna unwich and all we got was a bunch of lettuce. The manager have a bunch of teenagers working while she is nowhere to be seen. Called and complained and she didn’t care, because she had already got $25.00 for a sub and unwich filled with lettuce and no tuna. Wouldn’t recommend this location at 12000 Southshore Pointe Road in Chesterfield to anyone. Manager cares about quantity and not the quality of the food they serve.

This is the second bad experience I’ve had in a couple months. Placed an order for delivery at 7:30. Left for delivery at 7:40. Had to call the store at 8:18 to check on it. Driver swears he left it on my porch. I wasn’t going to argue. It was NOT left on MY porch. My Ring camera says otherwise. I was offered a refund or a replacement (as soon as they could get it out) It seems they need a lesson in customer service. They also need to STOP leaving it on the porch and start knocking on doors and handing food DIRECTLY to the customer. Maybe tell the customer thank you for the tip and smile. THAT is customer service.

Like the sammies here a lot. Counter people are always really nice. I always build my own and never mention tomatoes, yet somehow tomatoes always get put on. I’m gonna have to start calling out what to exclude, which could be extensive. “No tomatoes, no mustard, no cucumber-basil, no oregano, no tuna…”. Maybe it’s because I haven’t signed up for their rewards program yet so I’m being punished. Oh well, sammies are still good.

The employees there will make you a great sandwich quickly and it will be excellent, and you will enjoy each and every bite! All this with a very reasonable price. Jimmy John subs are so good and they pile up the meat and toppings. They are the best subs of all sub places. Their tuna sandwich or sub is delicious too. All the subs are good from roast beef, ham, turkey and you can get different combinations of meat and add spicy jimmy peppers too. Try one. They deliver too.

We won’t be ordering from here again, ordered online for a small group, sandwiches and chips, when the driver showed up we told him they forgot the chips…sent him back to get them and when he returned it was still incomplete….called the store to tell them of the second time they forgotten items in the order expecting an apology. Instead got immediately placed on hold and when I asked for a manager the person responded rudely that I was speaking to him. Told him of how they screwed up my delivery order twice now and would have to remain incorrect and all I got was a hurried, “sorry bout that”. Worst customer service ever!!! We certainly won’t be customers of this Jimmy John’s again, can’t trust they won’t leave something off your order and do nothing to make it right.

It would have been nice to get Tuna on the Tuna Club. How does that happen? Really poor. The second sandwich had Tuna on it, but the french bread was hard to the point of stale. Again, really poor. The delivery driver was very polite and apologized for the first error. And seemed sincere. Nice young man. Whoever made the sandwich should be retrained or let go. I’m not sure but you all most likely lost a long time customer tonight. Why? Because this is the second time the Tuna has been left off.
