I love this place! The sandwiches are delicious. The bread is baked there and it is so good! The staff is friendly and they help you get deals like a free sandwich. The place is nice and clean. You can order ahead and pick up. I am a regular now!

Ordered a lil Jimmy. This “sandwich” literally had one slice of meat on it. I’m using my finger as a reference to see the width. The actual size of the sandwich is ok for something considered little. But the meat….one thin slice, is laughable. Thank God for condiments otherwise I would choke on this bread sandwich.

Absolute worst experience I’ve had in a long time. Was immediately rushed into ordering before I had 2-seconds to look at the menu by a rude worker. The smallest alteration to my sandwich during my frantic rush to order was met with a heavy sigh and eye rolling from behind the counter. Entire staff was outright condescending when I asked for mustard on my sandwich after already paying. A full hour prior to closing time and you could tell everyone behind the counter wanted to close up and leave. Not sure why Jimmy John’s even employs these lazy and rude people. I should have read the other reviews here before even attempting this location. On top of everything, I received the sorriest excuse for a sandwich I’ve ever see. Definitely not worth even half what I paid for it. Never ever again.

UPDATE: Visited again on March 2nd, 2022. Day and night difference from 9 months ago! Super friendly service, very energetic and cheerful. Was greeted from the moment I walked in the door and was very engaged and genuinely happy to interact with me. Sandwich this time came lightning fast, was put in my hand just as I completed payment. THIS is the Jimmy John’s “freaky fast” that we all come to expect. Not to mention the sandwich itself was really good (digging the new #7). Great work Carlyle Jimmy Johns! Will not hesitate to come back here again.

I am a fan of JJ but this branch is horrible. I made an online order for pickup while I was walking to it. The floor behind the counter was obviously dirty. One guy started picking trash off the floor with bare hands while putting orders in the bags then he touches his nose. I was ok as long as he doesn’t touch my actual sandwich. Then I noticed that they are preparing my sandwich with sliced wheat. I ordered french bread. When I asked why, they said they were out of french bread. I asked to cancel the order. It took a little more than 30 minutes waiting inside the restaurant to get nothing. Never again for this branch. I should have read the reviews.

I’ve never felt the need to do a review but I ordered online for a pickup order and ended up waiting 45 mins for a Turkey sub. There were several people waiting the same about of time for their orders. The staff was trying but unfortunately they were just extremely unorganized. Two team members just seemed completely lost and lackadaisical. No one greeted any of the customers, no one called out the orders when they were finally ready and my order was not even right. I am not a complainer but this crew needs a manager on site to get them organized and lead them. 5/21/22

I went there today & what a terrible experience. I got two subs. One of the subs didn’t have any lettuce or mayonnaise, the other sun and lettuce but zero mayo or anything either. Only turkey & cheese. 31$ for low quality food. The person at the counter didn’t even seem to understand how to ring things up or what toppings were. There’s much better places to get a sub from for the price.

– each time I go to this location they are closed, no matter what time. 12pm 1pm, 2pm each time closed. Super annoying and not sure how they make money to to keep the business open.
