Thankfully, this isn’t my usual Jimmy John’s location – it’s freaky slow! I’ve ordered from here twice in the last couple of months because it was closer to where I was headed. The first visit I was held up and didn’t get to the restaurant until 25 minutes after I placed my order, so I expected it would be ready and waiting for me on the pick-up shelf. Wrong. I got there and didn’t find my food, so I asked about it and after they located my order I was told they would have to mix up more tuna fish and it would be about 15 minutes. So after 40 minutes I finally had my lunch – nothing fast about that!

After reading the comments about service and cleanliness, I assumed it couldn’t be that bad… I was wrong. As I walked in, two patrons departed without ordering which should have been a clue. As I approached the counter to order, the staff member who greeted no one was cleaning a large spill in the kitchen / prep area. After a minute or two, he removed his shoe and began cleaning it with napkins. While doing so, he approached the counter to take my order as he touched the prep counter and register without washing his hands and with dirty shoe in hand. It’s that bad.

They should change the slogan of this location to “Subs so slow you’ll freak.” Delivery from here almost never takes less than 90 minutes to get to you. When you call and ask about the status, they’re always rude too. The subs are always decent once they get to you though!

RANBO! He rung me up and made the best cold wraps I’ve ever had! He went above and beyond in recommending what to put on it. I recommend the owner peomot him and give him a raise it’s evident he cares about creating a great atmosphere and giving the best experience for the guests here!

Freaky slow. Delivery takes 70+ minutes for a single sandwich. I ordered before lunch hoping to avoid the crush. Supposedly my order has been out for delivery for 40 minutes already, and I’m less than a mile away from the store. Exact same situation last month on my lunch order.

Just went in here to buy a sandwich and the people looked so annoyed when I came in thru the door..if you don’t like your job then find another one. Enough people in this world that are miserable. At least don’t need that when I’m paying for food!

this location gave me severe food poisoning. looking back at my visit the fact i saw the 2 employees not changing their gloves after handling money and doing other tasks should have made me run out of the store to start with. STAY AWAY.

The service is fast and efficient, the staff works hard and deserve more cash tips. My sandwich is made perfectly every day, and there are always enough employees on every shift I have seen. I love the wheat bread and the pebble ice for the fountain soda.
