I’ve been ordering from this location for about a year now. They have a summer wrap sandwich that I enjoy. The last 2 times that I received my order, I’ve noticed that it has more filling than chicken in the wrap. I enjoy the taste but I fell that I’m not getting my money worth. I am very disappointed in this the product that they are putting out and won’t be placing orders anytime soon.

We’ve ordered from here quite a bit. Sometimes delivery is incredibly quick and sometimes it takes way too long. We’ve now had two instances where the store has had to call because they didn’t have delivery drivers for orders despite delivery being turned on in the app. If it happens once I write it off as things happen, it happening twice is a pattern and an indication of poor schedule management.

Not a great location. Delivery service is terrible and takes at least an hour (or longer) to get food. Your slogan is wrong – not freaky fast delivery. And sometimes your order is right or other times it’s not. Disappointed in the service here.

Usually I don’t write a review so quickly but this is worth saying: Saturday March 7 around 7pm. The one employee working was the nicest and most helpful person I’ve encountered all year (all restaurants). I told him I was new to JJ. He gave me the basics and suggestions. While worker got ready to make my sandwich she touched a bunch of things with her gloved hands then used her hands to spread the tuna on my sandwich which is disgusting and she barely put any tuna on the bread and when I told her there isn’t even enough to cover the bread more like half of the 8 inches she said that’s all you get one scoop. If you order a sub with just meat on it you should at least get the meat you ordered such a rip off this chain is! And the workers are rude too. Will not eat here again.

I placed an order for delivery because my mom had a stroke and I have to stay at Inova Fairfax hospital with her. They called me to tell my the driver was out and it would be “30 minutes” after 45 minutes I called back and they said the driver was 5 minutes away, 15 minutes later I call and he’s “still not here.” Jimmy johns is supposed to be fast. Why would it take a driver over an hour to deliver food. Hire more people and stop lying to your customers. I ordered here almost every day while I was at the hospital and my mom is staying another week. They won’t be getting my business any more.
